Agatha Christie Festival is a charity registered with the Charity Commission of England & Wales. We are a small, independent charity rooted in the beautiful surroundings of the English Riviera (Torquay, Paignton & Brixham on the South Devon coast), birthplace of world best-selling author, Agatha Christie.

Our ambition is to grow our annual Festival season into a year-round programme, welcoming more people from UK and around the world to celebrate a shared interest in the life, heritage and creative legacy of Torquay-born Agatha Christie, investing more income into supporting literacy and fostering a love of reading in our region, particularly among young residents.

As a charity we are responsible for raising funding to cover 100% of our operating and programming costs each year, including through Festival receipts, sponsorships, charitable trusts and individuals. We are hugely grateful for any and all donations to support the work of the Festival.

If you’d prefer to speak to a member of the team to make your donation, please email us here.
